These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Norsk Erotikk. The Norwegian text is the legally binding version. How we handle personal data – in accordance with GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

Terms of use
1. Who can use Norsk Erotikk?
The service is only for people who are 18 years or older. By creating an account you confirm this on your honour. If we suspect a user is under 18, the account is suspended immediately and all data is deleted.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secret.
- You must provide a correct email address (we send you security notifications).
- You may only have one account. Abuse leads to permanent banning.
- Your profile must not impersonate another person.
3. Acceptable behaviour
On Norsk Erotikk it is prohibited to:
- Harass, threaten or bully other members
- Send unsolicited sexual images/videos in messages
- Share others' images or personal information without consent (doxxing)
- Upload images/video of persons under 18 — regardless of context
- Share non-consensual intimate images (NCII / 'revenge porn')
- Advertise or recruit for prostitution or escort services
- Sell illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, fake documents)
- Sell services outside the platform's token economy (to avoid tax evasion)
- Market commercial services without an approved creator account
- Depict violence, rape, abuse or animal cruelty as real
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the service
- Attempt to bypass security mechanisms, hack other accounts or impersonate others
- Infringe others' copyright — only content you own or have permission for

4. Consequences of breach
Breach of the terms may result in warning, temporary suspension or permanent banning without notice. We assess each case individually. Serious breaches — such as illegal content or threats — are reported to the police.
5. Changes to the terms
We may update the terms. Material changes are notified by email and at login. Continued use after changes counts as acceptance.
Content & consent
When you upload content
By uploading images, video or stories you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content yourself.
- All persons depicted are over 18 and have given explicit consent to publication on an erotic platform.
- The content does not depict rape, abuse, minors, animal cruelty or other illegal acts.
- You understand that the content will be visible to other adult members.
Ownership and licence
You retain full ownership of the content you publish. You grant Norsk Erotikk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the content on the service as long as you keep it published. If you delete the content, it is removed from view — but anonymised copies in others' conversations or quoted forum posts may remain for context.
Misuse of others' content
Do you suspect someone has published images or video of you without consent? Send email to post@norskerotikk.no with link and short description. We remove the content immediately while we investigate, and may require identity documentation.
Moderation
Our moderation team may remove content that breaks the terms, without notice. We always try to be fair — repeated breaches may lead to permanent account closure.

1. Data controller
Norsk Erotikk is the data controller for your personal data.

2. What data do we process?
- Account data — email, username, salt+hash of password
- Profile data — age, gender, orientation, location, images you upload, preferences you choose to provide
- Content — images, video, stories, forum posts, guestbook, comments, messages
- Interaction — who you follow, group memberships, votes in contests, likes
- Technical data — IP address at login, browser type, last login
3. Special categories (GDPR art. 9)
When you use Norsk Erotikk we process sensitive data — such as your sexual orientation, preferences and erotic interests. We process these only because you choose to provide them in your profile (your explicit consent under GDPR art. 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the data — or the entire account.
4. What do we use the data for?
- Deliver the service (show profile, send messages, notifications)
- Run contests and the chips/token system
- Show relevant members in search and suggestions
- Prevent spam, fraud and breaches of the terms
- Send emails you have consented to (notifications, forgotten password)
5. Legal basis
- Contract (art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver the service you signed up for
- Consent (art. 6(1)(a), art. 9(2)(a)) — for sensitive data and email notifications
- Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — for security, spam prevention and statistics
6. Who do we share data with?
We never sell data to third parties.
To deliver the service we use the following data processors:
- EU-based hosting provider — server operation and backup
- Resend (EU) — sending of system emails (notifications, forgotten password)
- Payment provider — activated when purchases/subscriptions launch
All have data processor agreements with us. We disclose data to police or public authorities only under legal order or serious suspicion of criminal activity.
7. How long do we keep data?
- Active account — as long as you are a member
- Inactive for 24 months — the account is marked for deletion and you are notified by email
- Actively deleted account — 21 day grace period, then deletion
- Forum, guestbook, comments — anonymised after deletion (content preserved for context, but without your name)
- Attachments in messages — deleted 30 days after sharing
- IP addresses from logs — maximum 21 days
- Accounting data on purchases — 5 years (Norwegian Bookkeeping Act § 13)
8. Your rights (GDPR ch. III)
You have the right at any time to:
- Access — see what data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data (done in Settings)
- Erasure — request that we delete everything
- Restriction — request that we stop processing while a case is assessed
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Data portability — receive your data in machine-readable JSON format
- Withdraw consent — without affecting processing that has already occurred

9. Security
- All traffic is encrypted (TLS / HTTPS)
- Passwords are stored salted and hashed — never in plaintext
- We have routines for risk assessment and incident handling
- Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it for operation
- Servers are located in the EU and subject to GDPR
